Term Sessional Lecturers who are ineligible for personnel benefits and have been either (a) assigned to an average of 4.5 units over the previous 3 years or (b) assigned to at least 4.5 units in the plan year and contiguously employed as a sessional over the previous 4 years at 1.5 units or more are eligible to the Health Care spending Account reimbursement in accordance with Letter of Understanding #4 of the collective agreement.
