The 4163 Executive recently passed our “Support for Equal Access to Union Meetings Policy” – while we’re a ways away from meeting in person, they felt this is a step in the right direction to increase member involvement. It not only increases our previous Childcare policy’s the subsidy for members needing childcare to attend meetings, but also adds elder care to the mix and provides meeting support for members with a disability.
